My Work Steps 

You send me your brief and anything you have (include references, texts, ideas, etc.) - I create some sketches for **free** (It can be a part of the storyboard, characters, or one of the pages)

Why are the sketches free?

 Because you need to see my work and how we understand each other. I respect my clients, their money, and time, so I think that this is the best option to test our communication.

- After this step, we will conclude an agreement (inclusive or noninclusive) - Customer **prepay 50% or 100%**

Why I need to prepay?

By securing a prepayment, it not only affirms your commitment to the project but also helps protect the intellectual property and ownership of my artwork. This measure ensures that my time and creative effort are respected and valued.

- I end all the sketches - Send them for free edits Do edits if they need to be done until approve (This step can’t be unlimited!) - Color sketches (after request) - Discussions and edits - After approve, do the line art - Discussion and **final** edits

 

Why this is the final edits?

Because after this step I will put the colors. After that, the edits are **NOT FREE**. Edit the final station of the illustrations is most difficult than at the line art part. Of course if I would do something wrong, and it will be my fault I will do the edits for **FREE**.

- Do the final Illustrations - I send a **low-resolution preview** of the artwork

 

Why in low resolution?

 The low-resolution version is intentionally designed to serves as an opportunity for any feedback and prevent any unauthorized usage or reproduction. Its purpose is to allow you a glimpse of the final product without compromising the full resolution or integrity of the artwork.

- After approve, you pay the leftover 50% (if it exists) - I send high-resolution, print-ready version of the artwork
